All Services are provided subject to separate written agreements (e.g., Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work) executed between you and Global IT Strategies.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within 15 days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed during the course of engagement, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global IT Strategies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
